On February 16, 1983, equestrians from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Wisconsin, interested in establishing a local show circuit, met at the Dickinson Inn in Iron Mountain, Michigan. After discussing the merits of such an organization, officers were elected a meeting date was selected, and a place was set for the first director’s meeting.The Tri-County Horse Association (TCHA) was organized primarily to provide more recreation for equestrians, to promote better horses and equestrians, and increase interest in shows and gymkhanas.The officers and directory of TCHA take this opportunity to express their sincere appreciation for those who helped to make this associate possible.Would you like to be a sponsor in 2025?
